When I removed the photo from the folder I found some information inside.

Elmo Tussing was killed May 16 1931 Saturday night
Thanks for stopping by.
Update from Iggy:
Elmo C[laude?] Tussing (9 Feb 1911 - 16 May 1931)
Shown in the Stockton High School yearbook "Guard and Tackle" for 1931. The yearbook notes he died May 17 and would have graduated with the Class of June, 1931. He was 19.
The 1930 US census shows Elmo living with his divorced mother, "Naomi J Reali" in Berkeley, Alameda, California. She was a cosmetician for a beauty parlor. Elmo worked as a laborer at a Tank Co. that made boilers.
The 1920 US Census shows Naomi (b 1893) as widowed with daughter Evelyn Tussing (b. 1908.) Evelyn died on 8 May 1927 at age 18.
The 1916 Stockton city directory shows Naomi was married to Claude Tussing.
It appears Naomi was widowed and then divorced and then lost both her son and daughter at early ages.

Elmo's Father Claude Tussing died at age 26 on 2 Feb 1913.
This appears to be a forgotten and very sad reminder of the Tussing Family.
