Okay..I am out of train photos. In that spirit of travel we will look at some cars.
This is a snapshot from the antique shop in Detroit Lakes Minnesota.
The car is a Model T Ford or a Tin Lizzie. Model T’s were made from 1908 to 1927. Mr. Ford wanted the normal working man to be able to afford a car.
Thanks for stopping by. Do come again:)
Love the car and also those big hair bows!
ReplyDeleteWhat would us ordinary folk do without our cars nowadays? I've never heard the expression "Tin Lizzie" before but have owned numerous Fords :-)
ReplyDeleteI enjoy the expressions of the faces!
