This is a photo from the antique shop in Detroit Lakes Minnesota.
A couple both sitting down, a pose rarely seen. This photo was most likely taken right around 1900. The bride’s white dress is pigeon breasted, she has flowers and trailing vines on her bridal bonnet, a corsage and she carries a bouquet. The groom wears a white bowtie and a corsage. The bride seems to be leaning on her husband for support.
Thanks for stopping by. Do come again:)
Pretty dress and bridal bonnet.
ReplyDeleteLovely photo, I am amazed by the clarity of the picture.
ReplyDeleteThe bride does look like she is tipping over!
ReplyDeleteShe is leaning in pretty hard... It was probably a very tiring day. Boy, she sure looks lovely in that dress and bonnet. Thanks for sharing!
